True Credit Limited, a licensed money lender in Hong Kong SAR, has been documented to be engaging in illicit and legally prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

1. Charging unlawful and illegal processing fees and handling fees in contravention of Section 27 of the Money Lenders Ordinance;
2. Collecting and processing the personal information of third parties and using them as references without written consent; and
3. Harassing individuals, references, third parties, employers, and other parties in an attempt to harass, intimidate, and coerce alleged debtors into making payment on legally dubious and likely unlawful debts.

Considering the illicit and long standing violations of True Credit Limited, it is warranted that the money lending license of True Credit Limited be promptly revoked and the directors/management/staff of True Credit Limited be investigated and if warranted prosecuted for violations of the Money Lenders Ordinance.
