#GOT Truckers Act - Guaranteed Overtime Pay For Truck Drivers
The Issue
The "Guaranteeing Overtime for Truckers Act" (aka GOT Truckers Act) is a proposed bipartisan bill aimed at eliminating the long-standing exemption for truck drivers from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) of 1938.

As a result, truckers spend countless unpaid hours at the loading dock.
