What an incredible start to our Give Seals Space Campaign!
We have secured over 43,000 signatures since our launch, which is absolutely amazing in such a short period.
The UK Seal Alliance have to two active Campaigns running at the moment....this one plus Save Our Seals from Flying Rings Campaign.
Jenny and I met Members of Parliament and Members of the House of Lords a few days ago in London to discuss and gain support about the dangers of flying rings.
Their enthusiasm and support was so encouraging as we progress our mission to get flying rings banned.
That Campaign was recognised by the amount of petition signatures clearly showing public support.
The question is; can we get the Give Seals Space Campaign to Parliament by securing similar support?
The answer is YES WE CAN!
We are not asking much, merely for the Government to listen to two well established and recognised Committees who have recommended that seals require protection under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
There was no credible reason why the Government rejected such wise recommendations in December 2025.
