Give M3GAN 2.0 a 3D + 4DX re-release
The Issue
M3GAN 2.0 should get a 3D re-release this April or September.
A 3D conversion only cost somewhere from $10,000 to $100,000 and takes only 1 to 2 weeks for any movie via Redmond 3D who have done Hollywood movies and Japanese movies. Hell both Avatar 2 the Way of Water and Avatar 3 Fire & Ash are 2D-to-3D post-conversion.
RealD 3D has over 35,000 locations in theaters worldwide, and there's really nothing playing in almost all of April except the Super Mario Galaxy Movie on April 1st. So just do a April 24th release which will be a great date for M3GAN 2.0 3D re-release.
And this can be an Unrated Extended Cut with any needed additional action and/or comedy and/or whatever scenes added into the movie that was cut, that would have made the movie better. People sit thru 3 ½ hour long movies in 4DX with the 3D glasses on all the time, from Avengers movies to Avatar movies to James Bond No Time To Die. So if this re-release ends up an extra 10 to 40 minutes long, it won't have any negative impact.
So a 3D re-release of M3GAN 2.0 in 3D, RealD 3D, D-Box 3D, PLF 3D, MX4D and 4DX screenings would perfect. It would allow Blumhouse to finally have their movies appeal to the international audience for the first time ever, in their up to 179 other countries in the world. M3GAN 2.0 already did half the work, it just needs 3D and 4D (3D) screenings to complete its international appeal. It would only cost probably around $100,000 for the movie to have a 3D re-release in 3D & 4D screenings plus a maximum $200,000 to $1 million in promotion & marketing/advertising. The 3D re-release would easily make around $40 million globally in 75 to 180 countries in the world at worst case scenario.
