We, the paying customers of your streaming service, are frustrated with the constant interruption of ads despite paying extra for an ad-free experience. We understand that ads are necessary to support your platform, but we believe that those who pay extra for no ads should receive exactly that - no ads.

According to a recent survey conducted by YouGov, 60% of Hulu subscribers pay for the ad-free plan. However, many of these subscribers have reported still seeing ads during their viewing experience. This is not only frustrating but also feels like a breach of trust between Hulu and its customers.

We acknowledge that providing an ad-free experience may be challenging from a financial standpoint. However, it is important to note that Hulu's revenue has been steadily increasing over the years. In 2022 alone, Hulu generated $10.7 billion in revenue. 

Therefore, we urge you to reconsider your current policy and provide an actual ad-free experience for those who pay extra for it. We believe this will not only improve customer satisfaction but also increase customer loyalty and retention. Based on consumer reviews on both your website and Google, customers are leaving your service due to perpetual ad insertion.

Imagine the revenue if you actually keep the content ad-free.
