My name is Jitendra Kumar Dhiran, I am holding a Big Bazar Profit Club membership Card of Future Group Since Long Time back & even getting renewed and even added new Cards for Small Savings.

Recently I went to Big Bazar store at Nagpur and came to know that due to the take over of Future Retail by Reliance this card cannot be used on any of the stores and the customer service desk informed me that the balance amount lying in the Profit Club Membership Active card needs to be claimed as refund in the account. They gave me an email id (care@bigbazaar.com) on which all mails are getting bounced and a contact number 18002662255 which is showing switched off.

This shows their intention and attitude to handle the loyal customers concerns and maybe the company doesn’t intend to pay the hard earned money paid by the customers to the company.

I found several other people inquiring about their money blocked in the same Big Bazar Profit Club membership card and the customer service desk providing the same misguiding information to all of them.

This is to be noted that this is the hard earned money of all common people who try to save penny amounts for the future therefore the same shall be refunded / returned by either the Future Group or Reliance which had already captured all the stocks & assets lying at Big bazar Stores across India. But don’t want to pay off the liabilities of the Future group.

Lakhs of common people had paid crores of rupees to Future pay towards the profit Club Membership which either of the both companies should pay back to the card holders.

This is to be noted that hard earned money of all common people who try to save penny amounts had gone stuck for Months, due to deal between two corporate groups and their disputes & is not clear even that the either company will return the hard earned money of the common people.

I hereby request and urge the Minsitry of Coroprate affairs to intervene in this deal & also request to the Consumer forum to take a strict action upon this and till further clearance this deal & invalid acquisition of FRI by Reliance should be put on hold.
