Our teacher Chris has been told he will most likely won't have his contract renewed, but this will greatly affect us as he's been such a relatable and kind teacher, taking the initiative to help students struggling when they weren't even in his class. It makes our studies easier knowing we have a teacher who cares about the field we study and we can talk to without feeling tense in the subject. 

If he were to stay as a teacher at Exeter University, he could help many more students in the future, he's a teacher who genuinely loves what he does and its rare to have these types of lecturers.
