Food Freedom Amendment

Food Freedom Amendment
The Issue
In a recent Wisconsin court case, a Wisconsin judge has held that American citizens do not have a "fundamental right to produce or consume foods of their choice."
Judge Patrick Fiedler claimed that the constitutionality of food rights is “wholly without merit.”
By signing this petition I am urging my representative to take action for our basic human right, and introduce the Food Freedom Amendment.
THE BADGER STATE FOOD FREEDOM AMENDMENT
We, the people of Wisconsin, have a an unalienable right to privacy.
The right of the people to be well nourished and consume nutrient dense, GMO free, whole, raw, fresh, unprocessed, locally raised foods and beverages, including water; the right to save seeds, to grow food, to keep livestock, to access to grazing for cattle, to store water, to use natural medical alternatives, to raise hemp, to make butter, to make cheese, render lard, and the right to consume the foods of our choices according to the traditions of our ancestors, shall not be infringed.
