Toyhou.se is a popular site with thousands of users active daily. There is only one administrator, who is inactive.

Many people have been temporarily or wrongfully suspended/banned by this admin, Sudo, who has not communicated with these users at all, causing these suspensions to last much longer than necessary, even years beyond the original end date with absolutely no communication. My friend KhaoticKoda has been in this situation, as their birthdate was incorrect by mistake and they were temporarily banned, lasting until they turned 18. They are now 18 years old, and have not had their suspension lifted; they have had NO response from the admin over a year of emails, and multiple on-site users (including myself) have made tickets with no responses for months. Koda, along with many others, are completely willing to show any legal proof of age necessary, however the admin refuses to acknowledge any means of contact about these issues. 

These "temporarily" closed accounts contain art and characters that are rightfully and legally owned by the wrongfully suspended users, with no way for these users to access their intellectual property as the site admin restricts any access to these assets. This also stops any access to creator or art credits, causing these users to be incapable of following designers' and artists' terms of services because they are incapable of seeing who designed a character or created an art piece.

Please sign this petition to encourage the Toyhou.se admin to either hire volunteer or paid moderators to manage the thousands of users on the site, or to transfer ownership of the site to someone else entirely.
