We ask Huami (amazfit / zepp healt) to update and release a new firmware for the amazfit trex pro in order to fix the huge number of bugs of the product.  

We requests:

Allow/enable heart rate sensor for pool swimming and open water swimming.

Enable music control during workouts (running etc) ! It is an important feature that even the bip S has by default. 

Fix the useless daily goals rings, the weight ring have no sense, the standing ring even more senseless! 

Swimming style detection does not work at all, i swim 90% fs and it record 99%  as butterly!

No heart rate during swimming means no pai score recorded and swim metrics are a total mess. 

Other watches with the same sensor got their firmware updates, and heart rate is working correctly.  

Since the watch is still for sale you should/must allow users to obtain the best from your products, giving the support they deserve instead of caring only of new releases.  

The support for this device is Totally absent which is unfair.  In some time nobody will be intersted in purchasing your products if you dont offer support!
