2ARoyaleMermaid is a notorious moderator and has unfairly misjudged many cases surrounding bans in Royale High. There are multiple cases that have been publicized of them doing this and are all very unfair, except for the case of @Ash65414 - they actually broke rules and are attempting to join the hate train to get themselves unbanned, more info on this at @KandiPumpkin on twitter.

In addition to this, not only does 2ARoyaleMermaid unfairly ban rh players, they also respond to emails with passive aggression. Another unfair example of this is 2Aroyalemermaid stating that 'giveaways are a form of crosstrading' is completely rubbish and is absolutely crazy to say considering that some developers even host giveaways and many youtubers endorsed by royale high do the same thing. Also they stated that selling your halos to overpayers is also a violation of the rules which is another stupid comment as that is stated nowhere in rh tos and overpaying is a part of any game and any economy and is an inevitable feat as not everybody knows values and without some people overpaying values will never rise or fall which is supposed to occur in a normal economy of any game.
