Each year, thousands of innocent parents have their children taken from them. Each year, thousands of vindictive parents make false domestic violence and child abuse allegations against another parent. These people are almost never punished.

 

Tom Altobelli allows vindictive parents to use false child abuse allegations, including allegations of child sexual molestation, against innocent parents.

Tom Altobelli also engages in Parental Alienation, one of the worst emotional child-abuse methods that has long-term psychological affects on children.

Not only does Tom Altobelli allow parents to make false allegations, he rewards such behaviour by banning parents from having access to their children.

 

Tom Altobelli was faced with a mother who had used false allegations of doemstic violence and child abuse against an innocent father. The father fought one of the most difficult fights of his life to beat the charges and continue seeing his children again. However, Tom Altobelli made the decision that the children continue to live with the vindictive mother, and continue being emotionally abused, while the father was banned from having contact with his own children. 

These children will grow up, not only being told they were molested, but being told their father wanted nothing to do with them.

 

The result of these decisions is that false child abuse and domestic violence claims are rife throughout the legal system, so much so that legitimate victims receive little or no assistance due to the strain on resources and the element of doubt surrounding such allegations.

 

Australians cannot allow a magistrate or judge like Tom Altobelli to preside over any court in this country. Corrupt judges who engage in Parental Alienation and allow false accusations of domestic violence and child abuse to plague the courts need to be exposed and step down from their positions.

 

No child should ever be subjected to emotional abuse, Parental Alienation or false child abuse allegations.
