FDIC Abuse in Charlottesville
The FDIC, lead by Sheila Behr, Claire Cotter, formerly of the now defunct and convicted lender Ameriquest, Theresa Flores, Babacar Ba have knowingly and deliberately prevented the construction of the Landmark Hotel, spending more than $10 million in legal fees from your pocket simply to protect the financial well being of its member banks.
These individuals at the FDIC have destroyed 100's of jobs in Charlottesville, blighted the Historic Downtown Mall, making it even harder for businesses during these difficult times.
Meanwhile the FDIC sells off loans for pennies on the dollar to wealthy hedge funds and already giant banks earning the investors in banks like Indymac $1.5 billion in 18 months while costing the federal government, you and me spelled in a now foreign language, a whopping $11 billion!
We can't fix the FDIC but the FDIC can fix our town. Do your part!

CLAIRE COTTER HANGS UP ON ME -- Then Responds! [UPDATE: FDIC DEMANDS THIS REMAIN SECRET]
Theresa, again thanks for reaching out. I am confused however. In your email you are asking Claire about a restraining order for "all FDIC employees" when the court order references SFG and not the FDIC. Are you suggesting that really you do not care about the so called SFG employees, and are solely concerned about the civil servants at the FDIC instead?
I thought Claire Cotter no longer worked for the FDIC, so how would she have access to such knowledge when you do work there! It seems backwards you would be out of the loop but a non governmental employee would have such knowledge.
I would again like to invite you to appear on the Rob Shilling show today at 12:05 in Charlottesville so you can explain your lawsuit against me and this most current action which appears to target our Nation's 1st amendment rights. You might also suggest that XXXXX Bank listen because at some point the communities everywhere are going to know of their banks participation and they may want to be prepared to explain either why they have been silent all along while hundreds of jobs have been destroyed or a million other questions that I cannot possible come up with but the communities they serve will want to ask.
Yes, banks can be asked questions too. It is hard to keep secrets these days Theresa, even with an institution as powerful and intimidating as the FDIC.
If you give Rob a dial in number I am sure he will include you with equal time.

LINKS NOT CENSURED!
The FDIC is undermining the economy and the aesthetics of one of America's most important and historic cities, the home of Presidents Jefferson, Madison and Monroe. Charlottesville is the well spring from which many of the American ideals of freedom and equity were born.
Unbelievably the FDIC is undermining that very city, destroying hundreds of jobs and defacing the town all to protect the financial health of a few banks. And once again no one is paying attention!!
Apparently neither the banks nor the FDIC are willing to own up to their own mistakes and are complicitous in allowing the FDIC to spend $11 mm of Federal money so 8 banks look healthier than they really are (bigger bonuses). Based on FDIC behavior the loan made on the half built Landmark hotel is "good" despite litigation costs greater than the loan! This is nothing short of a government condoned Enron.
We respectfully ask that you force the FDIC to take responsible actions in this situation. The FDIC is a vast beauracracy that acts without meaningful oversight, has lost sight of its charter and no one is willing to take responsibility for the vast waste that is occurring daily everywhere and with this project, all in plain sight of the gardens of Thomas Jefferson's Monticello.
Please audit the FDIC's actions and make the FDIC accountable.
