Brian Laundrie was a "person of interest" who had the answers to Gabby's disappearance. Because he is a "person of interest" law enforcement cannot have the subject under surveillance by law. This needs to change! If you have nothing to hide there is no reason to hide. 

We all knew something was off. It is a result of constantly failed law enforcement and broken laws that could have prevented this.
