The American Bumblebee population is dropping by 90%. These bees have disappeared in at least eight states. Bumblebees are a key species in agriculture and ecosystems. Without them, who knows what would happen to the world. They have been dying from pesticides and habitat loss. 

     We need to add these species to the endangered list to protect them. People who kill these insects, will get a penalty, most likely stopping the extinction of the American Bumblebee. If we don't act now, they could go extinct quickly.
