Convenient and reasonable assessment for international GPs in Australia

Convenient and reasonable assessment for international GPs in Australia
The issue
We are general practitioners with several years of experience who decided to immigrate to Australia to secure a better future, and to serve the Australian medical system and society sincerely.
As you know, PESCI that is currently conducted by two providers, RACGP and ACRRM, is a vital requirement of the registration for every international GP.
Doctors who have applied for RACGP PESCI have been experiencing a lengthy waiting duration to receive an interview date. Also, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, interview dates have been postponed several times. Consequently, RACGP centres conduct the interview exclusively for the specific state resident, regardless of being responsible for several state assessments. Surprisingly, they are interviewing via zoom just in their centre, and any request for running the interview remotely has been rejected, although the head office of RACGP is Melbourne-based.
On the other hand, ACRRM waiting time was shorter (which is now cap reached because of re-attempting of a significant number of failed and overseas candidates), and interviews are conducting Via zoom remotely and internationally, which is appreciated. However, interview experiences and passing rate, especially in the first attempt is far from reasonable. In some situations, the feedback based on many experts' comments is not acceptable regarding the candidate's performance, knowledge, and communication skills. Furthermore, a vast number of questions and cases that have been asked are rare conditions and out of the scope of the general practice.
Since the majority of us do not have work permits even for casual positions due to our visa conditions, we are struggling with catastrophic financial difficulties and distress.
As all of us have an official job offer from an Australian medical centre, with eligible supervisors and we have already fulfilled other requirements of registration, It would be sincerely appreciated if you:
1.consider a conditional registration for us to be able to start our service and help the medical system in this exceptional circumstance. The condition can be a workplace-based assessment by supervisors or commitment to passing PESCI as soon as possible within a specified deadline.
2.An investigation of RACGP and ACRRM operation
3.Providing remote and international RACGP Zoom interview
4.Many International GPs English Proficiency tests have been expired due to the delay either because of RACGP delay in examination process or due to the ACRRM unusual significant failure rate.
It is reasonable to consider a year of extension for expired English test.
