Our Library has not been operating as normal since March 2020. That is more than half a year than our kids have not been able to enjoy the wonder of been surrounded by books in a pleasant, quiet, friendly environment. Since Terry´s closed in February 2020, we have no bookshops at all in our 35.000 inhabitants town either. 

No bookshops, no Library were our kids can touch, smell, enjoy and be around books. Children Needs Books!

Nowadays we can go to borrow books to the Library but children are not allowed to touch them, being the librarian the one to show books, pass the pages to a standing child that cannot touch or simply go around the library. 

If schools are open and we can go and touch books in other premises such as Morrisons, inside the supermarket and outside in their exchange donation area, why we cannot enjoy our Library.

We should all have the right to have a fully functional Library. For Ourselves and Our Children Sake.
