We, the school staff, tirelessly dedicate our time and energy to shaping the future of our society. Our work is demanding and challenging, especially for those of us working in special needs schools. Despite long hours and low pay, we remain committed to providing quality education for all children. However, we are also subject to restrictions on when we can take holidays - a constraint that often results in higher costs for us.
