After almost 10 months of dealing with Expedia, they keep refusing to refund me for a flight that they cancelled. Expedia costumer service by phone is unreachable, long hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone, and if you are lucky enough to get an agent, they will hang up on you in no time. Expedia customer service by Facebook and Twitter message just keep lying, one day they will say the refund has been processed, next time they will say they are still dealing with the airline.

By joining a Facebook group called EXPEDIA VICTIMS, and by taking the time to read tweets on the Expedia page on Twitter, I realized I am not the only one in this situation. Many costumers are struggling to get their money back and Expedia is just waiting for people to give up on their money, so they can basically STEAL from everybody. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and I believe many of your customers feel the same way. SO PLEASE EVERYBODY, sign this petition and let's work together to get our money back.
