Hi we are the students of Parañaque National Highschool-Baclaran (PNHS-Baclaran) we want to sign a petition to my school to Establish Free Parking Facilities for Students and Teachers in PNHS-Baclaran.

As a student of  Parañaque National Highschool-Baclaran, I have personally witnessed the struggle of many students and teachers who own vehicles. These individuals often find themselves parking outside the school due to limited space within the premises. This not only poses a safety risk for their vehicles but also contributes to road congestion.

In Metro Manila alone, there are over 2.5 million registered motor vehicles as of 2019 according to Land Transportation Office (LTO). A significant number of these belong to students and teachers who commute daily using their personal cars. Despite this high number, our educational institutions still lack of parking facilities.

This petition seeks to address this issue by urging our local government in Baclaran, Parañaque City to establish free parking lots specifically for students and teachers. By doing so, we can ensure that these individuals have a safe place to park their cars while also helping alleviate traffic congestion around our schools.

The solution is clear - we need more dedicated spaces where students and teachers can park their vehicle without worry or inconvenience.
