The heartbreaking truth is that far too many families have experienced the cruel grasp of child welfare abuse. Amid million-dollar smiles and soft spoken assurances, innocent children who plead to return home are often told they have no rights to escape from their enforced adoptions. Natural parents find themselves condemned to a helpless stance, being told there's nothing to be done when their children are illegally sold by state and private agencies. This, in its crudest form, is human trafficking, child laundering, child exploitation, and child sales.

This petition seeks an inalienable change – the establishment of adoption pardons. These will empower children to abolish and terminate their child welfare adoptions and family court orders, thereby, allowing an immediate return to their biological family members. By achieving this, we envision breaking free from the chains of government enslavement.

Furthermore, the enforcement of accountability on child welfare services, adoption agencies, and adoptive parents for their actions will be mandated, introducing sentences ranging from 25 years to a life term. This will ensure justice for the pain inflicted upon innocent lives and the emotional distress caused to entire families. This removal of slavery within the child welfare system ensures a more hopeful future for coming generations as well.
