EPA prohibit toxic dry cleaners, more

The Issue

Many dry cleaners still use perchloroethylene and, thereby, release tons of toxins into our air, even though many others have stopped using ”perc” and switched to safer alternatives.  By your own analysis this places some 56 million Americans at risk.  This is unacceptable.  Please tighten up your rules more, and require all dry cleaners to phase out perc and switch to  non-toxic alternatives.
