This petition stems from a deeply personal experience. There have been instances when my words, my thoughts, and my ideas were overlooked or ignored. I am not alone in this experience. Across the globe, countless individuals are silenced daily, their voices drowned out by louder ones or simply disregarded.

In the United States alone, a 2017 study found that 69% of employees feel their employers do not value their input (source: Employee Feedback Survey). This is just one example among many where people's voices are not being heard.
