As a loyal customer of Acura, I am disappointed to see that the company has not yet provided software updates to enable full screen CarPlay and Android Auto for their 2021 and newer models. This feature is already available in other brands such as Hyundai and Mercedes, enhancing the user experience significantly.

Acura is a well-respected luxury brand known for its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, the lack of this simple update on models like TLX, MDX, and RDX seems like an oversight that negatively affects customers' experiences with these vehicles.

According to Statista, Apple's CarPlay was available in approximately 600 different car models worldwide as of April 2019. Similarly, Android Auto was compatible with over 500 car models worldwide as per data from Google (2020). It's clear that this technology is neither new nor uncommon.

We urge Acura to follow suit with other leading automobile manufacturers by providing software updates allowing full screen CarPlay and Android Auto functionality on their recent models. This will not only enhance the driving experience for many but also uphold Acura's reputation as a luxury brand committed to customer satisfaction.
