Covid has changed the world we live in and taken many things away from us, but with doctors telling us that outdoor transmission risk is low, why should boating not be allowed when you can still fly domestically without restriction and internationally with requirements to quarantine. 

Our boat is basically our summer home and as long as we practice social distancing, I don’t see why it should be prohibited, especially when boating season in Ontario is already so short and for some of us it’s the only thing keeping us sane during these trying times. 

We pay a lot of money to store our boat and maintain it year round. When doctors say outside is the safer place to be, why can’t we enjoy it?
