Many healthcare heroes have worked tirelessly during the pandemic day in and day out to protect your friends and family. Now we are being faced with a situation where we must choose between our careers and lively hood and a forced healthcare choice (vaccinate or be terminated). As healthcare workers we have vowed to protect our patients, we vowed to always put their needs and safety first above all, but most importantly honor their autonomy to make their own decisions about their healthcare. Why is it that the very thing we protect and honor, we now have no choice over? Arizona lawmakers please help us take back our freedom to choose what we believe is best for ourselves and our health.
