In Arizona it is ILLEGAL to own a raccoon without an exotic animal permit. THAT IS HARD TO GET! THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE. RACCOONS HAVE THE COOLEST HANDS! HAVE YOU SEEN THOSE LITTLE THINGS??? I just want a little friend to love. I want a raccoon. They are super smart, and they don't even have opposable thumbs. But do they need them? NO! THEY HAVE TWO PERFECT HANDS THAT CAN PICK STUFF UP WHENEVER THEY NEED. These little guys are brainiacs. Did you know that most of the information they gather on an object comes from their HANDS??? Did you also know that in order to make them more sensitive and able to take in more information, they get them wet. THEY WASH THEIR OWN HANDS! I KNOW ADULTS WHO DON'T EVEN DO THAT! These little guys are absolute ballers. It should be legal to have them as pets. I just wanna give them so much love and food. And support their hands. Their beautiful hands. And I do NOT want to have to get an exotic animal permit. I want to just be able to love them. And their hands. Their pretty, beautiful, perfect hands.
