On February 28, 2022, Velasquez allegedly shot at a man in Santa Clara County, California, and hit an unintended person. The man whom Velasquez allegedly intended to shoot, Harry Goularte Jr., had been arrested prior to the shooting for allegedly committing child sexual abuse on Velasquez's son at a daycare owned by Goularte's family. The man shot was Goularte's step father. 

Velasquez had pleaded no contest and we ask, that no matter the sentencing, that Donald Trump, president of the United States of America, pardon Velasquez. 

Velasquez is a father that did what every father in American would do for their child, and we ask Donald Trump to pardon him of all guilt.
