Term limits are needed. Some of the elected officials in the Congress and Senate have forgotten who put them in those positions. They have lost the real focus of what the American people need them to do - which is represent us and not their own agendas. Or that of the lobbyist. 

Term limits will allow new people to fill those positions,  which will offer fresh thoughts, eagerness to accomplish the election promises made because those promises got them there in the first place. But they are forgotten as time goes on, especially when they know it's a lifetime position. 

WE NEED TERM LIMITS. 

Let the US citizens vote on this in an upcoming election and let us be HEARD!!!    This should be something we should vote on and not to be voted on by the people in the Congress or Senate because they will not vote themselves out of a job.
