I want to stop producing plastic straws because it hurts so many sea turtles and other animals because they digest it and it hurts them.

Also because producing plastic straws hurts the environment and the ocean by polluting them.

when we use the plastic straws they go into the ocean and then they go into the great garbage patch. The Great Garbage Patch is 2 times the size of Texas and 3t times the size of France.(can you believe that).

and you know why the Great Pacific Garbage Patch is so big? It’s because we kept using plastic and it is really hurting our oceans and beaches.
