Private student loan lenders such as Sallie Mae and Citizens Bank are still charging interest on loans during an international pandemic. 

There is an option to put the loan in forbearance (but you're still paying on the interest and the interest accrues daily on some accounts)

I created this petition to hold these companies accountable!

If your hours got cut or you are jobless during this pandemic, ALL PAYMENTS INCLUDING INTEREST SHOULD BE STOPPED UNTIL THE PANDEMIC IS OVER.

This is absolute greed and gluttony by these companies.

Please help me in helping hundreds of thousands of people all around the world!
