Harambe the gorilla ,a critically endangered species,was murdered today, one day after his 17th birthday,he was born and raised at the Gladys Porter Zoo in South Texas-- a magnificent western lowland gorilla. Everyone loved him there. Last year, the big guy was sent to Cincinnati Zoo to meet some girls. This afternoon, Harambe was shot dead when a small child crossed a railing, got through a fence, past thick Pyrecantha bushes and a 12" thick concrete wall-- and fell into the gorilla moat. Where were the parents of the child?The director of the zoo Thane Maynard said the gorilla didn’t appear to be attacking the child..but that it was “an extremely strong” animal in an agitated situation. ''We demand the director of the zoo to be fired,because he failed to protect an innocent endangered species. Harambe did nothing wrong ,Harambe a critical endangered species was murdered today for not an aparent reason.

A similar event happened a week ago when a man who stripped naked and entered a lion enclosure in a Chilean zoo , the lions were killed.Why do animals have to pay with their lives for human incapability ?How many endangered species have to die for human ignorance ?This must be stopped .There should be laws to protect animals at zoos.Killing an endangered species should be banned no matter what.Please make a law to forbid killing our wildlife.Our responsibility is to protect and conserve wild species .We demand justice for the innocent...Punish the people who took the wrong decisions to murder endangered animals...Zoos should be shut down or turned into sanctuaries ..Enough is enough..stop killing our wildlife . Boycott zoos !!Dont pay a ticket !!
