The area at the corner of S Clover and E Dwight Way and behind Dwight Way has increasingly become an eyesore and a breeding ground for unwanted pests, including rats. This is especially concerning in a neighborhood that is newly developed and striving to be a welcoming community. The neglected state of this location not only diminishes the beauty of our surroundings but also threatens the health and safety of the residents.

I have been a resident in this neighborhood for several years, and nothing has been done to develop this area. For those of us who have invested in making our homes and area beautiful, this dilapidated plot negates our efforts and brings a host of problems we shouldn't have to deal with. 

Development of this area would not only enhance the visual appeal and property values but also create a safer environment for all families. We need to develop this land for constructive use and transform this blight area into a community asset.

There are countless examples where turning neglected areas into parks, playgrounds, or community gardens have uplifted neighborhoods. Similar solutions can be leveraged here to improve our living conditions, provide recreational spaces for our children, and rejuvenate the local ecosystem.
