The future of humanity and indeed all life on earth depends on our actions now! We are in a critical time in our planet's history where we have a chance to make a difference to save the future for the next generations. Sir David Attenborough said himself that "the real success can only come if there is a change in our societies and in our economics and in our politics". Here, we write to you all today to ask for that change.

The rise of environmental activists such as Greta Thunberg show that when young people are taught about the environment, they want to protect and care for it. The main issue preventing the change in our actions towards the environment is lack of knowledge and understanding on the issues at hand and how to begin to solve them. We have a responsibility as an incredibly intelligent and emotionally aware species to solve these issues before its too late and the future of all life on earth is lost. We propose that there is a addition/change in the curriculum of our schools towards the issues of climate change and the ways to solve it. The issue at hand is so pressing and important that Sir David Attenborough, a man who has dedicated his entire life to documenting the natural world, has left a witness statement.
