In response to the appointment of an all-male board at the Nairobi Hospital, as a woman brought up amongst strong women, surrounded by strong women,  and raising strong young women, we together with my tribe of strong  women condemn this exclusionary appointment. We have educated and qualified Kenyan women who can serve and deliver effectively and efficiently. We also know that more women use the services at the hospital and must be represented. To totally exclude women from the board is appalling and unacceptable. We ask for at least 50/50 representation on the board.
