Last week, Texas experienced a once-in-a-lifetime winter storm that has devastated many people. While warmer weather and normalcy are starting to return, many people in Houston have been affected by this storm and are struggling. They are in need of food and water and have damage in their homes.

Food and water distribution events have been occurring and many volunteers, local law enforcement, and elected officials have stepped up and are working very hard to deliver food and water to Houstonians in need of help. Such elected officials include U.S. Reps. Sylvia Garcia, Sheila Jackson Lee, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and State Reps. Penny Shaw and Ann Johnson. 

U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw of District 2, which covers a good section of Houston, has yet to come down and help out. He recently helped out at a couple of events in suburban areas of Kingwood and Humble, but not in areas like Montrose. He needs to show that he's a representative for everyone in his district and not just the same suburban areas that he mostly is found at, and not just for a photo op.

Demand that U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw come down to the Houston section of District 2 and help distribute food and water to those in need of help and assistance.
