I have witnessed lives where white creators have racially abused Black people and other ethnic groups. They have been compared to primates, called the N-word, labeled as ugly, and told they deserve to be attacked. As a white woman, I cannot stand by and watch this continue on such a public platform. TikTok needs to be held accountable for allowing this behavior to persist daily.

We are calling upon TikTok to take immediate and decisive action to address and eradicate racism on its platform. This necessitates the implementation of stringent policies and enforcement measures to prevent and combat racist content, hate speech, and harassment. TikTok must swiftly ban users found engaging in racist behavior and cooperate with authorities to investigate and prosecute those involved in hate crimes.
