HB25-003, recently enacted in Colorado, is a gross violation of our constitutional rights. This law egregiously transgresses both Section 13 Article 2 of the Colorado State Constitution and Amendment 2 of the United States Constitution. It is unlawful and entirely unconstitutional, thus it must be instantly reversed. Furthermore, Governor Jared Polis, who sanctioned this law, should face impeachment and federal prosecution for his role in passing and implementing such an unconstitutional piece of legislation. We, as vigilant citizens, cannot sit idly by as our rights are trampled on and our constitution is discounted.
