Phil Weiser is an accomplished legal scholar and public servant with a significant career in both academia and government. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and has served in various influential roles. Weiser was a Law Clerk at the United States Supreme Court and for Judge Ebel on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. In government, he worked at the White House's National Economic Council and served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice. He was also involved with President Obama's Transition Team and President Clinton's Department of Justice. Weiser founded the Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship and served as both a professor and Dean at the University of Colorado Law School.
