This petition stems from a deeply personal and painful experience. My grandchildren were placed in foster care without any substantial evidence or proper investigation. There were no reports from doctors or teachers, no pictures, and no requests for evidence. Yet, Judge Jerryllyn Dietz is seeking to terminate parental rights when there was not a single complaint against my son or their mother.

Manitowoc County, WI, USA, there is a deeply troubling issue that affects the lives of many families and children. Children are being removed from their homes without any evidence or search warrant. Judges are making decisions based on hearsay from Child Protective Services (CPS) workers to force adoptions with children in foster care for federal funding under Title 4E.

This practice is not only unethical but also illegal. It's personal to me because I've seen firsthand how children are being treated as inventory to capitalize on federal funding. Judges do not require any evidence to substantiate claims of abuse. If you or your lawyer files a motion for an evidentiary hearing, the judge will likely ignore it or find a way to dismiss the hearing before ever allowing families or parents to create a record for appeal.

To appeal a hearing from Manitowoc County, you need a transcript which is often difficult if not impossible to obtain due to these practices. Judges go off record more than the are on record. Preventing a proper legal record or transcript impossible for the appellate court to actually know the crimes being committed.

This system leaves families powerless and voiceless against unjust child removals and forced adoptions.

When you file a complaint they do absolutely nothing. Therefore this isn't a county issue but a state issue. They. Are all covering for each other. Which can be summed up with one word (CORRUPTION) MY OPINION AND RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

We must demand change now! We urge our lawmakers in Manitowoc County and Wisconsin state legislature to review these practices immediately and implement reforms that ensure due process rights for all families involved with CPS.

Judge Dietz's decisions seem to favor Child Protective Services without considering the input of attorneys involved in the cases. This lack of balance and fairness has resulted in children being taken out of their homes, even when it might not be in their best interest.

In contrast to this harsh treatment towards families like ours, Judge Dietz allowed a former Roncolli teacher Gregory Melvin who took inappropriate pictures of students he taught to  live with his children and potentially have his record cleared after three years if he behaves well....

These actions demonstrate an alarming inconsistency that raises questions about her ability to make fair judgments that truly serve the best interests of children.

We are calling on Manitowoc residents and all concerned citizens across the country who believe this is an  in justice for our children to join us. We demand an immediate recall of Judge Jerryllyn Dietz due to her questionable decision-making practices regarding child custody cases.

Also I don't believe she has the proper education or knowledge of the law to have people's freedom in her hands. She abused her power by issuing warrants for people's arrest without ever having the come to court and giving them their due process or a right to be heard. 

Apparently I have three warrants for my arrest, with out any notifications. I don't even know if the warrants exist, because I've never seen any evidence of them only hear say.

She inserted me into a chips case which stands for child in need of protection and I don't even have any minor children. Then she refused to give me a lawyer when asked. She refused to allow me to get my own lawyer. I have the transcript to prove it.

She manipulated the transcript to keep her crimes hidden, when I purchased the transcript and the audio version and she refused to turn over the audio version because they are not the same.

That's alright though I have a recording from someone else. She not only needs to be disbarred but prosecuted as well.
