Demand the Impeachment of Corrupt judge Francis Viamontes of the Coward-Broward County Court for child kidnappings, corruption and crimes against minors.

The Broward Unified Family Court has increasingly been criticized for its handling of family cases. In this environment, often referred to pejoratively as "Coward Court," children are frequently caught in contentious legal battles between parents, leading to situations where they may be alienated from one parent. The contentious atmosphere is exacerbated by claims that some parents use the legal system to manipulate outcomes, further estranging the other parent.

Allegations have surfaced about corrupt practices involving  judge Francis Viamontes who is accused of using her authority to perpetuate never-ending, high conflict child custody cases that wipe out families life-savings and exploit the children who are supposed to be protected throughout the process. The decisions and findings of judge Viamontes are often based on personal relationships, gender, and which attorneys pass through her courtroom. Judge Viamontes has demonstrated perpetual disdain toward pro se litigants and fathers in her courtroom and regularly engages in ex-parte communications to decide cases out of the courtroom. 

The trajectory of children's lives is negatively impacted by systemic issues within the courts that are designed to protect them. In particular, corrupt practices by some family court judges have led to families losing their life savings and have adversely affected the lives of involved children. During a live hearing, when directly confronted with allegations of corruption, Judge Viamontes did not deny these charges.

If no corrective action is taken, it is expected that countless more families will suffer under this system of corruption perpetuated by Judge Viamontes. Her removal from the bench is imperative to send a definitive message from the public that corruption will not be tolerated and that abuse of power will result in removal.

The immediate removal of Judge Viamontes is critical to protect the hundreds of families over whom she currently presides. Action must be taken now to safeguard the well-being of numerous children who rely on the integrity of our judicial system.
