The Issue

An unnerving incident happened on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. A blast trembled and was heard through several communities, including Hackleburg, Hamilton, Bear Creek, Phil Campbell, Russelville, and Haleyville. This wasn't a natural disaster—it originated from IS4S the North Alabama Range, at 4681 Chalkmine Rd Hackleburg, AL 35564, from detonating munitions. Our homes, churches, businesses, and farms shook from the blast's impact, marking a an event for our towns and sparking profound concern for our health and properties.

IS4S has been operating with little transparency regarding the potential risks of their activities. Such operations include the detonation of harmful munitions and "high-velocity impact and radiation survivability testing", which are a frank danger to our wellbeing and peace of mind. It's time to question the operations at this facility, especially when the impact goes beyond mere noise complaints to potential health threats.

We are demanding the cease and desist of IS4S operations in Hackleburg. We are also asking Zac Shotts, Ryan Hill, Frank Rose, and any other affiliates of IS4S for full disclosure about any potential health risks related to the tests already run at this property. Our community deserves truth and safety above all.

Help us reclaim our peace of mind, our health, and the sanctity of our properties. Stand with Hackleburg and its neighboring communities against irresponsible and potentially harmful operations. Sign our petition now.
