Our petition has now reached over 900 signatures — 900 people demanding accountability from Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI) and its leadership, based on verifiable public records, sworn statements, and law enforcement findings that raise serious questions about the company’s conduct and internal oversight.
These documents reveal that individuals employed by or representing SPI have been connected to documented misconduct, including the public disclosure of a survivor’s identity on an online forum, a felony arrest, and sworn allegations contained in court filings and police reports. These are not rumors or anonymous claims — they are matters of public record.
Despite this, SPI’s executives and board members have remained silent, offering no public explanation or corrective measures. The absence of transparency from one of the nation’s largest landowners — a corporation controlling millions of acres of forest and influencing public policy — underscores a deeper problem: unchecked corporate power.
Across the country, the No Kings Protests have made it clear that the public will no longer tolerate systems where wealth and status shield wrongdoing. The same principle drives this petition. No company — regardless of its landholdings, lobbying reach, or billionaire owners — should be immune from scrutiny when evidence of harm, abuse, or retaliation emerges.
Our growing coalition includes survivors, forestry professionals, and community members who believe in ethical leadership and the responsible stewardship of public trust. Together, we are saying what thousands across the nation are already demanding: No Kings. No Exceptions.
As this petition nears 1,000 signatures, we will be submitting a new round of public documentation and correspondence to oversight agencies and press outlets. Each signature strengthens the record that accountability is not optional — it’s overdue.
Thank you to everyone who has helped bring these issues into the light. Please continue sharing this petition and its evidence.
Transparency should never depend on silence.
