Demand Resignation of NSW Health Executive James Harrison

The issue

As a survivor and victim of 18 years of domestic violence and post-separation domestic violence, comments like those made by NSW Health executive James Harrison are extremely traumatising and uneducated. His horrific insensitive comments about his colleague murdering an innocent two-year-old child are unacceptable. Men who murder their children in a horrific act of domestic violence to cause harm to the child’s mother are not 'wonderful colleagues'. Such statements further harm victims and show no understanding of the epidemic of domestic violence in this country.

James Harrison needs to immediately resign from his position. His lack of empathy and understanding is dangerous for all survivors and victims. Sign this petition to demand accountability and ensure that such insensitivity does not go unchecked in our public health system!
