This petition springs from an unfortunate experience faced by those close to me. A dear friend, already burdened with debt, invested his last funds into the app called HIBOX. Under the guise of a buy-and-resell scheme, the app sold mystery boxes from 300 to 150,000, promising valuable items which could be ordered home or resold on the app for a small profit. Following a ten-day anniversary sale, my friend, among others, invested heavily expecting potential returns but was left in the dust when the app abruptly closed, serving severe financial losses to him and many others. Existing customer support structures proved useless, refusing to address the concerns and simply turning a blind eye.

Regrettably, influencers  from youtube  motivated every citizen to invest more amount without verifying background of the app they promoted in every way possible which dragged down to huge losers.he is not alone in his journey. Several other peers too have suffered similar losses due to this fraudulent scheme. They invested their hard-earned money and were left with nothing in return, let alone the expected profit. This form of deception is not only unethical but it also infringes on consumer rights. 

We implore the relevant legal authorities to take immediate action against HIBOX and to launch a detailed investigation into its business practices, providing justice for those who have been wrongfully deprived of their hard-earned money.
