Yashashree Shinde, a member of our community, was tragically and brutally assaulted and murdered. Dawood Sheikh, believed to be the main perpetrator of this heinous act, must be held to account. This petition is deeply rooted in a stand against the horrifying realities of violence against women that persist in our society. Yashashree Shinde's murder is not an isolated incident, it reflects a harmful pattern of gender-based violence that leaves victims and their families in anguish. According to statistics, almost 1 in 3 women aged 15-49 have been subjected to physical violence and around 1 in 10 to sexual violence worldwide (World Health Organization, 2017).This is not solely about one life lost, but a stand against all forms of violence against women in our society.The way she was brutally raped , murdered,private parts were removed and her face burned I think only an animal can do such act no human,so to protect democracy India,we demand death penalty of dawood sheikh,he should be hanged as soon as possible.By signing this petition, you join a collective voice calling for justice and ensuring that such atrocities do not go unpunished.
