Demand Justice for Sgt Solomon and Others Wrongfully Convicted

The Issue

Sgt Solomon, a dedicated serviceman, was supposed to be retired due to combat-related injuries. Instead, he found himself entangled in a web of false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. This is not just his story; it mirrors the plight of thousands of other service members who have been wrongfully convicted and sentenced to satisfy political agendas.

The U.S Government's actions in US v Terrace Solomon have stolen almost ten years from Sgt Solomon and his children's lives after ripping him from their lives, maliciously persecuting and falsely imprisoning him instead of finalizing his military retirement.

After requesting redress for these grievances, Sgt Solomon was retaliated against with falsely imprisoned him, denied him medication and medical/dental/mental health treatment and denied him due process in numerous ways to include refusing to allow him to confront his accusers and a speedy trial. In this case, Army JAG witnesses testified they were instructed to lie to the court, failed to investigate alleged crimes. Commander Cpt. Robert Monzon testified he intentionally withheld exculpatory evidence for trial.

It is a gross violation of civil rights that cannot be overlooked. I have contacted several congress members who continue to turn a blind eye without holding military commanders accountable. According to the National Registry of Exonerations, as many as 2,400 people were falsely convicted in the U.S. between 1989-2019 (Source: National Registry of Exonerations). The percentage under DoD is more severe. This statistic underscores an alarming trend that needs immediate attention.

We call upon our fellow citizens to join us in demanding redress for these civil violations committed by our own government. Let's stand together against wrongful convictions and fight for justice for Sgt Solomon and countless others like him who've had their lives unjustly disrupted.

It's time we raise our voices against this grave injustice. Sign this petition today; demand justice for those wrongfully imprisoned!
