It is unacceptable that such programs—potentially affecting rainfall patterns, health, and ecosystems—are being conducted without:

We call on the NSW Government, Snowy Hydro Limited, and the Bureau of Meteorology to:

1. Immediately disclose the chemicals, flight paths, and outcomes of cloud seeding programs.
2. Release all environmental assessments and health risk reports to the public.
3. Suspend all operations until independent reviews and public hearings are conducted.
4. Ensure future weather modification projects are subject to democratic oversight and full community engagement.
