As a loyal McDonald's customer, a drop in the value we receive from their services has become increasingly noticeable and disheartening. I love ice cream, it's my world! Yet, a recent encounter has compelled me to take action. My mother spent a substantial amount of her hard-earned money to make me happy, only for us to receive a half-filled ice cream cone. This is not the high-standard service we have come to associate with McDonald's.

Across the U.S., millions of customers like myself regularly enjoy McDonald's soft-serves, forming a significant part of McDonald's sales. These customers deserve to get the full serving they pay for. Yet, it seems that McDonald's fails to fill their ice cream to the top, a subtle way to cut costs that robs customers of our due worth.
