I am a victim of AirAsia's misleading marketing practices. I purchased the so-called discounted ASEAN pass, expecting it to provide cheap flights with base fare as advertised. However, what I experienced was an inflated base fare and limited date availability for pass users. The price difference offered was no different from other non-promotional airlines, which is incredibly frustrating.

The company has deviated from its previous practice of offering domestic flight promotions through the ASEAN pass. Now they have manipulated their words by offering these promotions only to non-locals, leaving loyal customers like myself feeling cheated.

AirAsia's deceptive practices are not only unethical but also potentially illegal. This is not just about my personal loss of over RM1000 plus; it's about holding corporations accountable for their actions and ensuring that consumers are protected against such fraudulent schemes.
